In my own experience as an employee, one of the Nixon's family dogs violently attacked me. It has required multiple hospital visits to repair the damage that was caused. Regardless of that fact, each one of their animals have been treated in the best way possible. I would hate for their review to alter anyone's opinion of such a caring and cosiderate establishment.
When I got home from work I found my dog had a treble fishing hook lodged in his gums and lip. I called Brown Veterinary Services 10 minutes before they closed to rush my 12 year old golden retriever to them. They waited over thirty minutes past closing for me. I was nervous about putting a dog of "Harry"'s age under but they assured me everything would be fine. My dog and I were in and out in no time. Aside from a little grogginess, you wouldn't have noticed anything was ever wrong with my dog. They even called three days after to check on him and make sure no infections had set in due to the injury being caused by a fishing hook. The staff was excellent, the prices were very affordable and I undoubtedly will always take my pets to Brown Veterinary Services.
Everyone in this facility genuinely cares about the animals that come in for treatment. I never once noticed any act of mistreatment.
Brown Veterinarian is awesome. Staff is super friendly and their prices are very reasonable. Also, clients can participate in reviews and social media to decrease the overall cost. We love Brown Vet.
