They're always able to help, if your rep isn't able to, they make sure to get someone who can. Very easy to make exchanges as well. Great bunch of employees, all are very customer service oriented.
I love this store. I mean love it. Why you ask? The people! This cute store in this beautiful place has the best employees I have ever encountered in a hardware store. Friendly and always smiling.
